Ethiopian Airlines has ordered the Airbus A350-1000 airliner, the largest model in the next-generation Airbus A350XWB family. The acquisition is part of the modernization and rejuvenation of the Ethiopian national company’s fleet. It becomes the first airline in Africa to order this aircraft.
