Guangdong has not implemented the “blue code” to control the mainland’s increase of 434 infections,

The mainland announced yesterday that a total of 434 local infections of new coronary pneumonia were recorded the day before, with Guangxi (175) and Gansu (134) still leading the way, Henan had 34, and Sichuan (10) and Shanghai (6) and Guangdong (3 cases) below 10 cases.

The Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress proposed earlier that a “blue code” should be added to the health code to regulate people who fail to undergo nucleic acid testing as required, or who have not been vaccinated, so as to manage individuals who fail to fulfill their personal responsibility for prevention and control. Not everyone is suitable for vaccination, and there is no connection with the situation in each province, so there is no need to implement a “blue code” at this time. Macau has not had any local infection cases the day before yesterday, and the community has had no new cases for 8 consecutive days.

As for Taiwan’s increase of 20,804 local cases, New Taipei City recorded 3,673 cases, the most in Taiwan, and 34 people died.
