The motorway between Niederwangen and Bern-Bümpliz has been closed in the direction of Bern due to an accident. As the Bern canton police reported on request, there was a collision between a car and a mobile home at around 9 p.m. A local resident told 20 minutes that he saw several fire engines, ambulances and police vehicles moving to the scene of the accident.

The cantonal police cannot yet say whether there were injuries in the accident and how many people are involved. A completely demolished mobile home can be seen in a picture taken by a news scout. The cantonal police in Bern want to provide information at a later date.

According to TCS, the motorway section in question will remain closed until 2:30 a.m. Traffic will be diverted.
