The National Center for Mental Health Promotion presented a set of tips to ensure a vacation in which a person enhances his mental health.
The center explained that these tips include planning in advance the trip, the places the person will visit, estimating the expected costs, as well as familiarizing themselves with the laws of the country to which they will be traveled, and not feeling guilt regarding leaving the traveler’s responsibilities for a temporary period for vacation and travel.
He noted that the tips include adventure so that the vacation is full of different and new activities, taking care to take pictures so that they can be looked at following a period of time to restore beautiful memories, while making sure to buy gifts for close ones in order to bring happiness to their hearts.
