The spiritual teacher of Shalom Ministry, Hon. A program called ‘TOGETHER’ (3-Day Retreat in Malayalam) is organized at the Carmelite Convent in District Nineteen, Vienna under the leadership of Roy Palatiachan. This beautiful temple, under the care of OCD priests, is also a popular pilgrimage site.
What makes this program different is that it is more than just a meditation, it understands the conviction of life’s true calling and the depth of dedication. In addition to Shalom audience, readers, benefactors, and Shalom Peace Fellowship members, anyone interested in working with Shalom ministries without distinctions of wreaths or liturgical order is welcome to participate in this program.
This Shalom TOGETHER program in Vienna will also be a meditative experience seeking answers to many questions, such as how to overcome the crises faced by faith life in the midst of materialism, how to be Christ’s gospel bearers in European countries, how to use the gifts of the Holy Spirit in daily life, and how to prepare for eternal life.
It is very painful that many of these children of Europe, who once had no spear of Christian spirituality, are today choosing the ways of worldliness and apostasy. Called to share in the prosperity of Europe, every Malayali Christian has a duty to work with the Church for the re-evangelization of this country. ‘Together’ will also help to gain a deeper understanding of this mission. Through various media possibilities, we must win this Europe for Jesus, where the next generation will grow up and dance.
“I will gather you from all the places and countries where you have been scattered.” (Jeremiah 29:14) is the seventh verse.
