Sergio Perez (Red Bull Racing) finished the Friday free practice of the 2022 F1 Round 13 Hungarian Grand Prix in 9th place.
“I tried a lot today to make myself feel comfortable in the car, but I think I got some good ideas and a better understanding, so hopefully tomorrow I can show what I learned today,” said Perez.
“Today’s learning should be reflected in both high and low fuel conditions, but I’m optimistic regarding this weekend. Still, the Ferraris definitely look very strong. “
“Ferrari are very fast, but if it rains tomorrow, things will change a bit and we might be in the front. We need to put everything together for qualifying. I’m looking forward to qualifying.”
