BTS releases a new song for the 2022 World Cup

Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS has announced that they will focus on solo activities a lot more in the coming period, even as they remain active as a group. Since then, the members have been very active in their private capacity. Recently, they were seen gathering at the World Expo Declaration Ceremony where they were formally addressed as ambassadors.
And now, in other news, the pop giants will collaborate more for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and release a new song for the event, according to India Today.

BTS will release a song in the 2022 World Cup

BTS has regularly served as an ambassador for Hyundai, which sponsors the FIFA World Cup ceremonies. As part of the global campaign, the group will release a song for the 2022 World Cup. The campaign is titled Goal Of The Century, and will be carried out in collaboration with soccer star Steve Gerrard, captain of the Korean national team, Park Ji-sung, UNESCO ambassador, Nadia Nadim, fashion designer. Jeremy Scott, the famous sculptor Lorenzo Quinn, and others.

According to reports from Pink Villa, BTS will participate in the 2022 FIFA World Cup Song Project as global brand ambassadors for Hyundai Motors. The K-pop group will be part of Team Century, which is promoted by the brand’s Team of the Century campaign. The Sustainability Campaign will in turn consider its ambassadors’ support for the launch mission of the Hyundai Goal of the Century Pledge, which begins on July 29 and is said to run until September 30. The results will see 11 participants win a ticket to watch the World Cup live in Qatar, which will officially start from November 21 and will continue until December 18.
