Tarek William Saab said on Twitter that these acts cannot go unpunished and must be punished.
“For those who still trivialize or minimize the fight that we have undertaken from the Public Ministry once morest animal abuse: we express to you that these types of criminals are capable of attempting once morest the life of a child, a woman or an elderly person,” Saab wrote.
The attorney general also clarified that the case is already available to the authorities. They have arrest warrants.
