Arundel puts an end to the activities of its British subsidiary

An agreement was signed Tuesday with the legal director Richard Bord, who gives up all of his functions.

The holding company Arundel has decided to put an end to the activities of its British subsidiary Arundel Group Ltd (AGL). An agreement was signed Tuesday with the legal director Richard Bord, who gives up all of his functions.

Mr. Borg will no longer be employed by AGL with effect from December 31, 2022. He had been part of the management of the subsidiary since 1998.

AGL won a stage in a legal dispute last April. A former investor who had suffered a total loss was claiming £15.25million plus interest. A London court, however, dismissed his complaint filed in 2018, due to the limitation period. The appeal once morest this decision was also rejected.
