Bricklayer RE González (65) was deprived of liberty for allegedly abusing a four-year-old girl on July 17 in the Bella Vista parish of Cagua, Aragua state.
At noon on that day, the victim was playing in the patio of his residence, when his neighbor approached a boundary with the excuse of giving him a piece of candy, an opportunity he took advantage of to touch his genitals.
Immediately, the minor ran desperately to the kitchen where her mother was and told her what had happened, which is why the parent went to a command of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).
Police officials approached the place where a group of neighbors were holding the aggressor, for which he was immediately apprehended and placed under the order of the 16th Prosecutor’s Office, whose representatives charged him with the crime of sexual abuse without penetration, provided for in the Organic Law on the Right of Women to a Life Free of Violence.
The man will be held at the Cagua headquarters of the PNB.
