At the same time, we are already seeing a virtually complete suspension of visa processing for Russian citizens in the consular offices of Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Estonia located in Russia, ”said the representative of the department.
The ministry believes that in the event of the most pessimistic scenario, it will have to conduct a dialogue with individual countries on the issuance of national visas.
