If it is boiling soup, it will take less time, and you will have to rely on other ingredients to enhance the taste, so this time I will add red cabbage, mushrooms and dried shrimps to sauté to enhance the flavor.
Salted Egg Winter Melon Soup (Serves 2)

Material
250g winter melon
120g plum meat slices
15 grams of chopped vegetables
15g dried shrimp
1 mushroom (soaked)
2 green onions (separate green onion and white onion)
1 salted egg
1000ml water
200ml clear soup
