News | Heatwave: end of orange vigilance in Provence tomorrow morning

The heat wave that affects Provence will end tomorrow morning at 6am. Orange vigilance will give way to yellow vigilance.

In our region, the heat wave started on July 14, with the placement of Vaucluse and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in orange vigilance. The department of Bouches-du-Rhône had, for its part, been placed on heatwave alert on July 20.

Despite the lifting of the orange vigilance, the temperatures of the week are still expected to be hotwith in particular a peak forecast at 37°C in the Aix, Avignon and Orange sector for tomorrow.
