Sreeja became proud of the nation by securing 99.4 percent marks in the CBSE 10th class examination. Sreeja’s life story came to the world through BJP MP Varun Gandhi’s tweet.
The video interview of Sreeja and Mutassi shared by Varun has gone viral on social media. ‘A wonderful story of sacrifice and dedication! A girl who lost her mother and father created history by working hard from her grandmother’s house. Her 99.4% marks in class 10 shows that talents don’t wait for opportunities.’ Varun Gandhi said on Twitter.
The grandmother says in the video that she is very happy that Sreeja has passed the 10th class with high marks. ‘After my daughter’s death, my father abandoned her. We haven’t seen him since. He married once more. Now, following seeing Sreeja’s success, he might be regretting his decision.’ Grandma says.
Sreeja, who loves to read books, also opened up regarding her exam preparations. ‘For me, the length of study time doesn’t matter. Along with studies, I find time for other things. Before the exam, I solved a lot of question papers and revised well.’ Sreeja said.
Many people are congratulating Sreeja and Mutassi on social media. A student of DAV Public School, BSEB Colony, Sreeja has full marks in science and Sanskrit. 99 marks in English, Maths and Social Studies. He took admission in the science stream in the same school. I want to become an electrical engineer in the future.
