Ferreira prepares Omar Al-Saeed to return to the Zamalek list against Future

Portuguese coach Josefaldo Ferreira is preparing the first football team in Zamalek, striker Omar Al-Saeed, to return to his team’s squad during the future match scheduled for next Thursday in the twenty-seventh round of the Premier League competition.

Ferreira set a special training program for Omar Al-Saeed in order to prepare him to face Future, especially in light of the numerical shortage that Zamalek suffers from in the offensive line following Raheed Ashraf bin Sharqi and Mohamed Onajem.

Omar Al-Saeed is absent from his team’s recent matches due to muscle fatigue and injury, and the player is undergoing an intensive rehabilitation program in the gym in order to return quickly.

The Zamalek team was crowned the Egyptian Cup for the 28th time in its history, following beating Al-Ahly with two goals once morest a goal in the 2021 Egypt Cup final match, which brought the two teams together last Thursday evening, at Cairo International Stadium.

As for Al-Ahly club, its score stopped at the 37th title and came in the following seasons: 1924, 1925, 1927, 1928, 1930, 1931, 1937, 1940, 1942, 1943, 1945, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1953, 1956, 1958 , 1961, 1966, 1978, 1981, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1989, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2017, 2020, 2020.

It is noteworthy that the two poles shared the local title in two seasons: 1942 and 1957.
