Gpulled out cell phone cameras, screaming fans and even a countdown of her own: following her baby break, she is a pop singer Helene Fischer (37) once more appeared live in front of an audience of millions on television – of all things on a show by her ex-boyfriend Florian Silbereisen (40).
The moderator announced the singer on the Saturday evening show “The Big Hit Comeback” in the first with a countdown and the words: “I am and will remain her fan.”
“This is so beautiful! Hello dears!” Fischer greeted his fans, who had expected them with banners like “Helene forever” or “Our phenomenon is back” in the glass hall of the Leipzig Trade Fair. “That’s good energy, that’s it,” she said to the audience. She is definitely looking forward to the big stages once more, she said silver iron later in the live broadcast. The preparations for their “biggest concert ever” on August 20 in Munich and their tour with a total of 70 shows next year are already underway.
Sexy Outfit
The pop singer appeared on stage in a black one-piece suit and glittering earrings – but this is not necessarily her personal taste, she replied to Silbereisen when he asked a question from the audience. “Privately, I’m knitted very, very differently.” She prefers to wear jeans and a t-shirt. “Then you’re already nicely dressed, that’s it.”
According to the Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR) Fischer was last seen in 2019 at a Silbereisen show. She was not the only guest who had a big appearance on television following a long break: ESC legend Nicole (“A little peace”) also reported back on the TV stage following her cancer. “I’m just glad it’s over and I can really look ahead once more,” emphasized the 57-year-old, who presented her new song “I’m back”.
Nicoles Combeback
She’s doing really well now. “It’s good to see you all once more,” said Nicole, visibly touched. Some fans also had tears in their eyes. The singer, whose real name is Nicole Seibert, made her breast cancer diagnosis public in April following being diagnosed in December 2020.
According to the MDR, the singer disappeared from the scene for around a year and a half. Exactly 40 years following winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1982 (then: Grand Prix Eurovision de la Chanson), Nicole also presented her hit “A Little Peace” on stage. “Even today, four decades later, we all want a little peace,” said Silbereisen.
In addition to stars such as Maite Kelly, Vicky Leandros, Ross Antony and Beatrice Egli, the more than three-hour Eurovision broadcast by MDR, BR and ORF also featured pop singer Jürgen Drews (“Ein Bett im Kornfeld”). The 77-year-old recently announced at a Silbereisen show that he would say goodbye to the stage at the end of the year. As a result, many lovely messages from his fans came, said his wife Ramona Drews. “The reactions were incredibly overwhelming. It was incredible and very touching.”
An unusual guest in a German hit show was the US singer and songwriter Anastacia (“I’m Outta Love”), who is also touring in Germany in October.
