Stab wounded 12-year-old Florida girl walked a mile to help her 4-year-old sister

A 12-year-old girl from Florida became a herobecause despite having been injured with a knife, she walked a mile to help her younger sister, 4 years old, who had also been attacked.

Unfortunately, despite the minor’s efforts to help her sister, She died early Thursday morning from her injuries.Florida police reported.

Sergeant Derek Chenoweth of the Longwood Police Department called it a “domestic incident” the stabbing that took place in a house in a suburb of Orlando.

In addition to minor injuries, When the police arrived at the scene, they also found a man with stab wounds.

So far, authorities have not released details on who may have been behind the stabbings.

The sergeant indicated that both the man and the 12-year-old girl they were still in critical condition Thursday followingnoon.

At a press conference, Chenoweth spoke of the minor’s courage to seek help despite her injuries.

“It’s amazing that this 12-year-old girl, following being injured at home, was able to walk almost a mile to get help,” she said.

“He talks a lot regarding his courage and what it took to escape danger and find help as fast as you did“added the sergeant.

He also pointed out that if the little girl had not sought help, she does not know how long it would have been before the police found out regarding the human carnage that was taking place.

The relationship the man had with the stabbed sisters has not been revealed., but it was said that they do have a bond. The mother of the girls has already been informed regarding the event, which does not represent a threat to the public, Chenoweth revealed.
