Diversion of vacationers’ trips to the sea beaches in Alexandria due to the densities in the east of the governorate

Major General Gamal Rashad, head of the Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts in Alexandria, said that the incoming trips to the governorate from other governorates were directed to the beaches of the Bahri region, due to the increasing occupancy rate on the beaches of Sharq, which has reached 100% since this morning.

Major General Gamal Rashad, head of the Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts, added that there are beaches that have reached 100% occupancy since ten o’clock, which are “the public Miami beaches, the distinguished Frisca, the free Mandara, the distinguished fanar, the distinguished bird, Iskandar Beach, the service, and the occupancy rate of the beaches of the eastern sector exceeded 90%, while the percentage of Occupancy of the beaches of the western sector (from El Max to Sidi Kerir) 50%.

The Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts in Alexandria announced today, Friday, that the occupancy rates for the beaches today, Friday, reached 100% on the first Friday following the end of the high school exams, and the number of six beaches announced that they are full since the morning.

Major General Mohamed Al-Sharif, Governor of Alexandria, stressed the full commitment to the procedures and the application of all instructions set by the governorate and the Central Administration for Tourism and Resorts regarding presence on the beaches, especially responding to the instructions of the rescue teams deployed on the beaches of Alexandria.
