tributes pour in for the Mons doctor who died on a motorcycle, “life is unfair. He didn’t deserve to go like this.”

The CHR Mons-Hainaut loses one of its pillars. Giuseppe Carbutti, head of intensive care, is gone. It was on the handlebars of his motorcycle that he suffered a tragic accident on Monday, rue des Huit Ponts in Ciney. The motorcyclist did not manage to avoid a tractor… The emergency services intervened on the National 937, but might not do anything to save him.

“I am devastated by his disappearance”: colleagues pay tribute to him

Giuseppe Carbutti had saved Jean-Pol’s life earlier this year: here is what happened

A graduate of the Catholic University of Louvain in 1996, Doctor Giuseppe Carbutti worked in several hospitals, before settling down at the CHR Mons-Hainaut. He worked at Arlon Hospital (Vivalia), Dinant University Hospital, Saint-Pierre Clinic in Ottignies, Nivelles Hospital (Jolimont Group) and Godinne University Hospital.

Giuseppe will leave a great void among his family, his colleagues and his patients. When the accident happened, his partner was in the United States. She had to take an emergency flight.
