System problems mainly include server connection and application problems. Microsoft also responded that the company is investigating the reasons why users cannot use Teams, but did not disclose how many people were affected by the failure.
There are also Hong Kong users who are “circling the fire” in the discussion area, complaining that Microsoft Teams cannot send and receive files, and the chat room is faulty. Down Detectors also reported that regarding 150 users reported problems with Microsoft Office 360.
