This July 20, Colombia’s independence daythe extended peak and plate measure will not apply in Bogotá because it is a holiday.
In this way, the restriction will not operate this Wednesday for private vehicles, taxis or special transport services (car, van or four-passenger camper, not including driver).
It is important to clarify that the measure of Peak and Regional Plate to enter Bogota.
There will be no peak and plate, but there will be road closures
The traditional parade on July 20 will take place along Boyacá Avenue, on the western road, north-south, between Av. 170th street and av. 116th Street, between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
For this reason, the closure in the aforementioned sector is authorized, from 5:00 am on Wednesday, July 20.
Closures by troop location
On Wednesday July 20 from 5:00 am the av. Boyacá between 170 and 116 streets in a north-south direction, and between 127 and 170 streets in a south-north direction, in addition to the north road of 127th street between av. Go up and av. Boyaca. For that day, controlled passage and access of the residents surrounding the area will be carried out.
