EQUESTRIAN FIELD: The “Wolf of Wall Street” villa is for sale
The Long Island property appears not only in the film with Leonardo DiCaprio, but also in the “Elementary” series. For ten million dollars, she might be yours.
You may have already seen the huge property on Long Island, an island located in the state of New York. It has already served as a filming location for various films and television series, including “The Loudest Voice” (a miniseries regarding the founder of Fox News, played by Russell Crowe), some episodes of the series “Elementary” and a scene major of the “Wolf of Wall Street”.
In the scene, Manny Riskin (Jon Favreau) and Max Belfort (Rob Reiner) stand in front of a horse paddock alongside Jordan Belfort (Leonardo DiCaprio). The two men try to convince Jordan to reach an agreement with the SEC, the authority of the financial markets of the United States.
One of the most expensive corners of the United States
The villa is almost 1400 m² and has a huge swimming pool, paddock and stables for ten horses. There is space to spare: more than 20,000 m² of meadows, forests and gardens are included in the sale price of ten million of dollars. A godsend knowing that the property is in Mill Neck, one of the most expensive corners of the United States.
The villa is also not only known as a film location, but also by horse fans, as it was built by Ralph Bianculli, a famous horse breeder. More than a hundred racehorses have been trained here, many of whom enjoyed great moments of glory followingwards.
