A man in the state of Táchira was arrested by the Scientific, Penal and Criminal Investigations Corps (Cicpc) for allegedly trying to kill his ex-partner and then take his son to force her to return to him.
This is CE Acero Bustamante, 29 years old, who apparently subjected his ex-girlfriend in the Simón Bolívar sector, San Antonio parish, in the Bolívar municipality in Táchira state.
First they had an argument and he hit her, she managed to flee the place and got into a mototaxi, but she was chased by him in a car and rammed into them, which caused her and the driver of the two-wheeler to suffer severe injuries.
Acero fled the site and went home to look for the four-year-old minor, according to the version of the Cicpc director, Douglas Rico, on his social networks.
By taking the little boy, he sought to “coerce her so that she would not report him and resume the romantic relationship with him.” Despite this, the infant was arrested and rescued.
As evidence, the vehicle of the aggressor and the motorcycle of the injured person were located; leaving the case at the disposal of the 32nd Prosecutor of the Public Ministry of the state of Táchira.
