Monday might be the hottest day ever in the UK, with temperatures expected to reach 41 degrees Celsius.
The British Met Office has issued a heat warning in red across large parts of England, stretching from York and Manchester to London and the southeast of the country.
England and parts of Wales are subject to an amber sweltering heat alert, while Britain prepares for record temperatures.
