Another fresh and quick dessert, ideal for summer.
We need:
- 150 grams of sugar
- 5 cl of water
- 2 tablespoons of rum
- 1 vanilla sprig
To prepare it we have to cut the pineapple into slices, following removing the skin, and put it on a plate. In a saucepan, mix the water, the vanilla pod and the sugar.
We remove it from the heat, add the rum and then pour the mixture on top.
