“It is certainly a great challenge to the nation, but we will never surrender in despair and allow the nation to continue to become the ruined nation that many nations wish it to be.”
The Russian leader insisted that Russia needed to innovate its own technology. including supporting the private sector in the technology industry
Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said that private sector funding in the tech industry would be a top priority for the government but that funding should account for a quarter. while the other three parts must come from the private sector itself.
