Day 854 | Fight against COVID-19: Venezuela registers 672 new infections and one deceased

A total of 672 cases of COVID-19 infections were detected in the last 24 hours, of which 666 were due to community transmission and six were imported, bringing the total confirmed to 530,402, 3,611 active cases, while the The number of recovered patients stands at 521,043 healed patients, thanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian Government.

He reported that the community cases of the day were detected in the states: Miranda 272, Caracas 135, Carabobo 95, Aragua 72, Lara 48, Mérida 17, Yaracuy 7, La Guaira 5, Amazonas 5, Guárico 3, Barinas 2, Bolívar 2 , Nueva Esparta 1, Anzoátegui 1 and Apure 1:

Miranda today presents the highest number of infections with 16 of its 21 municipalities: Guaicaipuro 55, Los Salías 51, Urdaneta 48, Sucre 44, Independencia 18, Lander 15, Baruta 13, El Hatillo 9, Paz Castillo 5, Cristóbal Rojas 5, Carrizal 2, Simón Bolívar 2, Plaza 2, Zamora 1, Buroz 1 and Páez 1:

Of the six imported cases, two come from Panama, three from Türkiye and one from Cuba, all with entry through La Guaira.

Unfortunately, one deceased was reported in the Miranda state, a 62-year-old woman to reach 5,748 in the national territory.
