Comedian Craig Robinson and his audience had an agonizing evening on Saturday in Raleigh, North Carolina, various American media reported.

The 50-year-old artist, who rose to fame with his role as Darryl in the series The Office, was performing at a comedy club when a man entered the room around 9 p.m., armed with a gun. The suspect then asked the spectators to leave the scene.
Employees and the public were then evacuated and the police were called to intervene.
The suspect opened fire, but once the room was evacuated, authorities say. No one was injured and the shooter was arrested. His intentions and motives remain unknown at this time.
In a video posted to Instagram on Saturday evening, Craig Robinson testified to the chaos that reigned during the incident.
