Sharon (69) and Ozzy (73) Osbourne are turning their backs on the USA. After living mostly in the United States for the last 25 years, the rock musician and his wife are now moving back to their native UK. As the “Los Angeles Times” reports, they are therefore selling their previous main residence in Hancock Park, Los Angeles for 18 million dollars.
The Osbournes acquired the house in 2015 from the “Saw” film producer Oren Koules (61) and paid around twelve million dollars for it. The Mediterranean-style villa was built in 1929 and has six bedrooms and eleven bathrooms on a living space of around 1000 square meters.
Cinema and pool on property
Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne have renovated the house but kept the old Hollywood style. The living room is adorned with a crystal chandelier, among other things, and a stone fireplace sits enthroned in the wood-panelled office. Then there is the kitchen, which the couple has equipped with a curved breakfast table.

Property highlights include a cozy red plush cinema and a pool in the garden. Guests are also taken care of. There is a separate guest apartment above the garage.
Moving because of taxes
The reason for the move is excessive taxes. Ozzy Osbourne told Mirror in the spring: “We’re leaving Los Angeles. We’re a little sad, but the taxes are getting to be too much. I’m sad because I really like being there and really living there.” However, if taxes go down, he considers returning. (bsn)
