WHO declares Marburg virus outbreak in Ghana

The World Health Organization declared a virus outbreak Marburg In Ghana, according to a breaking news broadcast by Al-Arabiya a short time ago.

This comes following the Ghanaian Health Service announced the registration of two cases of the rare Marburg virus that causes hemorrhagic fever, according to Russia Today.

The Health Services Department indicated that the two infected people, and 98 people who had contact with them, were subjected to quarantine.
