After Vincent Verhaag and Jessica Iskandar spoke and raised the case, Steffanus through his attorney, Togar Situmorang spoke up.
Vincent Verhaag was angered by the upload of Steffanus’ lawyer. Jessica Iskandar’s husband uploaded a Togar Situmorang story which reads, ‘Oops, the title is he he and Law Firm DR. TOGAR SITUMORANG as the client’s attorney named Steven will take legal steps…. on presconfrece today!!!! remember the principle of the Presumption of Guilt.’
Jessica Iskandar’s husband immediately challenged Steffanus to do that. Vincent Verhaag explicitly asked Steffanus to return the funds and the cars.
“WE ARE READY TO WAIT!! Please have a conference and clarification, Mr. lawyer. Please invite the client so they can immediately return the funds and our cars at the same time come before the investigators of the Polda Metro Jaya, if it is a man, he must be ready to be responsible to the victim. Togar Situmorang finally spoke up in the media. Again Vincent Verhaag was infuriated by his statement. One of the things that Vincent underlined was Togar’s words which read, ‘We have also given him (Jessica Iskandar) a lot of benefits,’ in one of the reports.

So now you want to look respectable?! you. If you want it resolved, don’t be a lurker, just contact our lawyer directly, don’t just read the news!! WE ARE WAITING!!” challenged Jessica Iskandar’s husband to Steffanus.
Togar Situmorang when contacted by reporters said his client wanted to settle things amicably. According to him, Steffanus intends to return everything gradually.
“Yes, it’s true (I want to return the funds in stages). (But) Rp 9.8 billion is accumulative. We have also given him (Jessica Iskandar) a lot of benefits,” said Togar Situmorang.
“Don’t accumulate everything. So, who wants to return the funds or the car? You’re confused too,” he concluded.
