Actor Kim Young-cheol finished season 1 of ‘Kim Young-cheol’s Neighborhood’ and got off.

Accordingly, on the 16th, ‘Kim Young-cheol’s Neighborhood Tour’ will be replaced with a special broadcast.

The KBS1 documentary ‘Kim Young-cheol’s A Walk in the Neighborhood’, which aired last week, finished season 1.

Along with this, program host Kim Young-cheol also left following season 1.

The analog emotional urban travel documentary ‘Kim Young-cheol’s Neighborhood’, which rediscovers the value of the city, started on November 24, 2018 in Mangwon-dong/Seongsan-dong, Seoul, and toured cities and regions across the country for 3 years and 8 months.

In the meantime, the eyes of ordinary neighbors and neighborhoods with special eyes, the visual beauty that pleases the eye, and the presence of Kim Young-cheol have been loved by a lot of people.

Kim Young-cheol, who has been playing the role of identity for the program by visiting the neighborhood with viewers every week, has decided to leave to focus on his main job as an actor following much consideration.

Kim Young-cheol said, “Finding the viewers’ bedroom every Saturday evening was a new challenge for me, and it was a blissful time. However, as an actor, I have to give up and take on other things, so I decided to have time to recharge and take a break.”

The production team said, “The host had to devote three days a week to the production of the program due to the nature of the program to visit all regions and cities across the country, so it was a tight schedule for Kim Young-chul, who is appearing in dramas and historical dramas at the same time. He decided that he needed some time to recharge as an actor, but unfortunately he decided to follow his decision.”

‘One Round of Kim Young-Chul’s Neighborhood’ ends season 1 with 178 laps. After the special episode aired on the 16th, it will return for season 2 with the new host Lee Man-gi on the 23rd.
