Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described Russia as a “terrorist state” following the rocket attack in the center of the city of Vinnytsia in the west of the country. “No other country in the world poses such a terrorist threat as Russia,” said Zelenskyy in his video address published last night on the 141st day of the war.
