Bamako still holds Ivorian soldiers arrested on July 10 and considers them mercenaries. Abidjan denies, saying that they are soldiers in support of the United Nations mission. In Niger, the French ministers of the armies and foreign affairs arrived on the spot on Thursday. They will meet with President Bazoum on the reorganization of Operation Barkhane, now focused on the country.
