Khaled Al-Jabri to CNN in Arabic: The hand of reconciliation is extended to the Saudi crown prince, and “talking in the past is a lack of reason.”

Khaled Al-Jabri, the son of the former Saudi security advisor, Saad Al-Jabri, spoke in an exclusive interview with CNN in Arabic, in which he touched on the settlement to end the legal battle in exchange for the release of his two brothers, Omar and Sarah.

Al-Hibri confirmed in the interview that the hand of reconciliation is extended to Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and indicated that this will serve the Saudi Crown Prince in improving the image of the Saudi government abroad.

The son of the former Saudi security adviser indicated that reconciliation with the Saudi crown prince would be in the interest of both parties, quoting a saying that Prince Mohammed bin Salman said to his father two days before the former Saudi crown prince, Prince Mohammed bin Nayef, was relieved: “Reporting in the past is a lack of reason.”

Regarding his father’s return to Saudi Arabia following a possible reconciliation, Al-Jabri indicated that the condition is the existence of guarantees, and pointed out that every Saudi citizen abroad dreams of returning to his homeland.
