What do you think of the reception of the Tunisian masses to you?

I am very proud that I am Tunisian, I thank the fans for their strong and continuous support, which will increase my determination to achieve more success and brilliance.

Did you find some organizational difficulties when leaving the airport?

I am the daughter of the Tunisian people. I wanted to go out to the masses and interact with them directly without protocols or strict procedures. I am happy just seeing this great encouragement and joy on the faces of those present at the airport to welcome me. People came from all over to see me, and this is a great pride for me, I used to follow what the fans are experiencing only through social media pages, and today I share this feeling with them, honestly, I am not only playing for myself, but for the whole of Tunisia.

Were you wronged by the decision to strip Wimbledon of points?

I knew in advance that the tournament would be without calculating points, it hurts me that I reached the final without advancing in the world rankings, but I am confident that I will soon return to second place and take the lead sooner or later, and certainly the crowning of one of the “Grand Slam” tournaments will not escape me.

How did your friend Serena Williams react to your success?

Yes, she sent me a message and said that she is very proud and happy with what I have achieved, and she wished me success in the rest of the tournaments. Serena is a great player and I consider her an idol, I had a great time with her at Eastbourne before Wimbledon, and I learned a lot from her.

How did you accept the interest of Tunisian and Arab fans in your matches during Wimbledon?

I am well aware that many people are eagerly following tennis in Tunisia as well as the Arab world. It is wonderful to see this game dominating the minds of the followers, and to watch the matches with great interest, like what happens in football competitions. Thank you all.

After this great success, is the pressure on you in the upcoming tournaments?
