Heart attack is a serious health problem that some people face, which is a major cause of death in some cases.

There are many different types of heart attacks that many people do not know regarding, so we show you 4 hidden signs that you are experiencing a heart attack without knowing it, according to the “bestlifeonline” website.

You experience a sudden stop in movement without falling:

A feature of a coma is a temporary loss of consciousness without loss of consciousness, and this is also a sign of complex focal seizures, which occur in people with frontal lobe epilepsy.

It is difficult to distinguish that a person who has a seizure is unconscious in some people.

The British Society Epilepsy Action (a charity that provides information, advice and support to people with epilepsy) explains that if you have a typical absence seizure, you will be unconscious for a few seconds and you will suddenly stop doing everything you were doing before you started but you will not fall down and look like you are daydreaming and go unnoticed The people around you are missing you.

You make lip-smacking or chewing motions:

Although an absence seizure can be difficult to detect due to a subtle lack of consciousness alone, you may recognize your condition if those around you notice some of their characteristic symptoms, sometimes including lip smacking or involuntary chewing. A 2009 study published in the JAMA Archives of Neurology noted that involuntary swallowing and lip licking were among the most common oral symptoms of this type of seizure.

Your eyelids begin to flutter:

Eyelid flutter is another subtle sign that you’re having a seizure. Sometimes the eyes turn upward and these symptoms are common with other forms of epilepsy, such as epilepsy with blepharoptosis, also known as Jevons syndrome.

Your hands make small movements, including finger rubbing:

Small finger movements, such as finger rubbing, fidgeting, hand wringing, and scratching, have also been common signs of absence seizures, and some people with this type of seizure also experience general jerky movement in their hands or limbs.
