“We are listening to our customers across the country and they have told us how significant the impact of the outage has been for them,” the company said on its Twitter page @RogersYouHelp, adding that it is working to look at the confidence of its subscribers.
On Monday, Rogers CEO Tony Staffieri said in an interview with Global News on Monday that the credit would be applied directly to customers’ accounts. Therefore, no action is required to obtain it.
The compensation should automatically appear on the next month’s bill. However, in some cases, the credit will be made the following month.
