Start of clap for two seasons

Tunisian coach Lassaâd Chabbi is back in the Moroccan championship following his experience with Raja, but this time through the DHJ portal.

The former coach of Raja, had arrived in Morocco with his agent with the aim of a contract with Hassania Agadir, before Lassaâd Jarda Chabbi was quickly forced to turn his compass towards the Doukkali club, to train his first team the next season, following his first interview with the club’s sporting director Aziz Bouderbala.

After the discussion and the presentation of his sports project, the Tunisian technician would have met the president of the club Abdellatif Moktarid to discuss the details of his professional contract, before signing for a period of two seasons.

Chabbi would thus have accepted the conditions of the officials, to become the new coach of the DHJ, with at his side a physical trainer and a professional in video technology of his choice. For the rest of the technical staff, it is Jamal Eddine Amane Allah and Ayoub Lama, who would be his assistant coach and goalkeeper coach respectively.

The Tunisian technician will now face new, more difficult challenges. His mission will be to boost the ambition of the club higher than usual.

Eighth in the standings, the DHJ ended the season with 38 points, too far from qualifying places for the competitions
Inter clubs. Chabbi would succeed Algerian Abdelhak Benchikha, who left at the end of the 2021-2022 financial year.

Lassaad returns just over a season following leaving Raja, which remains misunderstood.

With a record of 21 wins, 11 draws and only 4 losses, he came out the front door following winning the CAF Cup and the Mohammed VI Cup of Champion Clubs (Arab Cup).
