Unranked subscription for ‘Dasan Nature & Prugio’
Sales of KRW 327.6 million per household of 59㎡
Nearly 10,000 applicants for an apartment in Dasan New City, Namyangju, without prior ranking, drew fierce competition.
According to the subscription home of the Korea Real Estate Agency on the 12th, 9763 people applied for the non-priority subscription for one household of 59 square meters for ‘Dasan New Town Nature & Prugio’ in Dasan-dong, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, which was held the day before.
Dasan New Town Jayeon & Prugio is a complex with 1614 households in 10 buildings with 2 stories below the ground and 29 above. It was sold in July 2019 and is scheduled to start moving in in November, but the non-priority subscription was made for the remaining one household due to the occurrence of ineligible reasons.
The sale price of the household was 327.6 million won, the same as the original sale price. Currently, the Jeonse price for the same area has been formed at 500 million won, which is more expensive than this. Considering that the 59m2 dedicated to the new apartment building ‘Dasan Yipyeonhansaesajai’ was traded for 800 million won in April, a significant profit margin is expected.
Non-priority subscriptions were conducted through a lottery system, so members of non-homeless households residing in Namyangju might apply without a subscription account. The winner will be announced on the 14th and the contract date is the 21st.
