Heart disease, dubbed the silent killer, has become the cause of death for many young people under the age of 40 as a result of sudden heart attacks.

An adult should consume at least 5 grams per day, and the World Health Organization (WHO) says 2.5 million deaths each year might be prevented if global salt consumption were reduced to the recommended level.

Saturated fat:

According to the American Heart Association, you should only eat 5-6% of saturated fats per day.

They are described as bad fats, and saturated fats are known to cause harm, which is why doctors recommend eating low-fat foods.

Saturated fats are mostly found in animal products and many oils.

Sugar:

Adults should not have more than 30 grams of sugar per day, as eating too much of it is harmful to the heart.

Several research studies suggest that a diet full of sugar will pose a threat to the heart.

A study of more than 15 years found that those with 25% or more sugar of their daily calories were more likely to die from heart complications than those with less sugar.

Plus, the sugar in sodas, packaged drinks, pastries and cakes is the biggest threat to the heart.

There are several other habits that some people do that are harmful to heart health:

Lack of sleep, excessive consumption of alcohol, indulging in tobacco, and a fast-paced lifestyle without proper rest for the mind and body all contribute to an increased risk of heart disease, so these habits should also be reduced in order to maintain a healthy heart.

Therefore, experts have always emphasized the importance of sleeping for at least 8 hours a day, and when a person grows up he needs to be careful regarding the number of hours he sleeps.
