The artist Sabah is considered one of the most prominent Lebanese artists along with Fairuz and Wadih El-Safi. Her career spanned from the mid-1940s until the 2000s.
Sabah left behind a great artistic legacy on television, cinema and theater, immortalized in the artistic field and among its major celebrities.
Emotionally, Al-Shahroura married Sabah, as some do not know, nine times, according to what many media sources confirmed.
But the remarkable thing is that for years she kept a secret marriage story that she collected with the great Egyptian artist Rushdi Abaza for only 24 hours.
In an exciting press interview, the artist revealed the reason for her request for divorce from Rushdie and his special status in this relationship.
In her bold statements, Sabah confirmed that she asked for a divorce on the night she entered, because of his “special situation” and his lack of sincerity regarding his separation from his ex-wife.
And regarding the artist, her real name is Janet Gerges Feghali (November 10, 1927 – November 26, 2014), a Lebanese singer and actress, known artistically as Sabah.
