Thousands of people demonstrate in different cities of Argentina against the government of Alberto Fernández

Thousands of people marched this Saturday followingnoon in different cities of Argentina to protest once morest the government of Alberto Fernández.

The call began around 4:00 p.m., with the motto “Let’s defend the Republic”in the Obelisk of Buenos Aires, historical monument of the city.

“We are tired. Why? Because there is hunger and there is no way to feed the family. People are tired, today we might be enjoying, but we come to try to manifest ourselves”, affirmed one of the neighbors who attended the protest, according to the Argentine television channel TN.

Posteriorly, a group of protesters went to the Casa Rosadaseat of the Executive power of the country, where the tension between those attending the march and the police has escalated.

The protest, in turn, spread to different cities such as Mar del Plata, Rosario, La Plata, Mendoza and Santa Fe.

The Argentines, summoned through social networks, they chose july 9 -Independence Day- to denounce the political situation.

In recent months, there were several disagreements between President Alberto Fernández, and the vice president, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

These disagreements ended with the resignation of Economy Minister Martín Guzmánlast Saturday, due to the weakened economy of the country, with an inflation of 60 percent, and pressure from the vice president.
