With the feeling of high temperatures during the summer, most people tend to shower with cold water, although it is difficult for some people because they cannot bear it, but there are others who can take a shower with ice water, for various reasons:

If you can take a cold shower, you will feel relieved followingwards because of this small victory over the coldness of the water, and your body produces more hormones that contribute to enhancing feelings of happiness.

Iced water contributes to stimulating blood circulation, which makes it beneficial for heart health, and good blood circulation for the body in general.
5- Skin health
It is also very beneficial for your skin to take a cold shower, high temperatures often cause the skin to dry out, while your skin will feel soft following bathing with ice water, as a result of a bright and energetic complexion.

Taking a cold shower makes you get used to it, and so your body becomes immune to feeling cold a lot, because it gets used to warming itself naturally following taking a shower in ice water, so you are less likely to suffer from cold at lower temperatures.
