An accident in Sharm El-Sheikh kills Lebanese businessman Izzat Daouk and his son

The Lebanese businessman, Izzat Daouk, died with his son, in a car accident he suffered last Friday in the resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, where he was spending a family vacation, and the bloody accident also led to the injury of his daughter, who needed surgery, “the family prefers to undergo in Lebanon,” according to Yesterday, Saturday, the local newspaper, An-Nahar, quoted the Lebanese ambassador to Cairo, Ali Al-Halabi.

The ambassador also said that the embassy “was informed of the death of Izzat Daouk and his son as soon as the accident occurred in Sharm el-Sheikh, and the bodies are expected to arrive tomorrow (today Sunday) to Lebanon,” adding that “an investigation has been opened into the accident, and indications are that it is an accident of fate.” his information.

The newspaper, which reported it, did not mention that the family was traveling in two vehicles when the accident occurred, the name and age of the wounded daughter, nor the name and age of her brother, while “Al Arabiya.net” learned from an account of a close family member on “Facebook” that the daughter’s name is “Roy” and her brother’s age is 10 years, in addition to the fact that a picture of him appeared in an obituary published by the school in which he attends, and next to it is his name: Gad.

It is known regarding businessman Izzat Hassan Daouk, that he is the owner of a well-established commercial establishment for the sale of cosmetics and its accessories through several branches in Lebanon and Arab countries, including two branches in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, in addition to 4 in Jeddah.
