After their marriage, their lives were stable for a long time, and their relationship increased cohesion and strength as a result of good words, always cheerfulness, and the good biography of each of them, and they enjoyed compatible values and principles, the first of which is that marriage is a participation in everything, and its success depends on the efforts that each makes for the other.

The couple used to manage their money in a similar way, and talk regarding their financial resources frankly, believing that this brings them closer, and because they feel that they are one team facing the difficulties of life together, and striving to achieve the best future for them and their children.

After years of marriage, during which they lived a stable life filled with intimacy and understanding, the husband joined a new job in an institution, as long as he dreamed of belonging to its team, and following that he faced some difficulties in this work, foremost of which is that the car in which he goes to work must be registered in his name So that he can park it in the parking spaces of the employees who belong to this establishment.

Accordingly, the wife took the initiative to transfer the ownership of her car to her husband, until he buys another car for himself following his financial situation stabilizes in his new job, despite the fact that the value of her car is approximately 150,000 dirhams, and a contract of sale of the car was issued from her to her husband.

Despite the husband’s high salary in the new job, the new job was not a good start to their married life as they had thought. Coinciding with the husband’s joining him, their problems and their succession increased, and the quarrel between them always resulted in periods of up to months.

Disagreements between the spouses continued and their families intervened to mediate to resolve these disputes, and eventually each of them disclosed to the other their unwillingness to continue, and the divorce took place.

The wife felt remorse for what she had initiated and helped her ex-husband with. Although she had given him a generosity and a desire to continue the relationship without blemish, following the divorce, she regretted her donation, which she thought was not appreciated.

One of the most prominent stations of the wife’s giving to her husband was to give him her car, and following the divorce she asked him to return the car to her, but her request was the refusal of the husband, and following attempts she resorted to the judiciary to retrieve her car or recover its market value financially. She moved her to and from his workplace, and the Dubai Courts rejected her claim.

After that, the woman filed a civil lawsuit with the Al Ain Court, in which her ex-husband disputed, in which she confirmed that following disputes broke out between them and the occurrence of a divorce, he refused to return the vehicle to her even though she is the real owner of it.

The court confirmed that the case brought by the wife before the Dubai Courts was asking for the same requests for obligating her ex-husband to return the same car or obliging him to pay its market value, and the case was rejected according to a final and final judgment, and the Al Ain Court of First Instance then ruled that it is not permissible to consider the woman’s case for a precedent adjudicating them, and obligating them to pay the expenses and the attorney’s fees.
