A filing was sent Friday by Amber Heard’s team of attorneys, which provides more information regarding a claim they filed last week, CBS News reported.

According to the latter, a 77-year-old man summoned to be a juror during the highly publicized trial did not show up on the spot. In his place is another man, who would reside at the same address and who would have the same last name, but aged 52.

It is not known at this time how this flaw was discovered, nor any potential explanation.

Heard’s lawyers also asked the judge last week to review the verdict because the amount awarded to Depp ($10 million in compensatory damages and $5 million in punitive damages) was “excessive” and ” indefensible,” reported The Associated Press.
