Historic qualification.. Anas Jaber qualifies for the Wimbledon final

Tunisian Anas Jaber qualified for the Wimbledon tennis final, one of the four major Grand Slam tournaments.

Tunisian Anas Jaber is the first Arab player in history to qualify for the Wimbledon tennis final.

Tunisian Anas Jaber qualified for the final following defeating German Tatiana Maria 2-1 in the groups in the semi-finals.

Tunisian Jaber, ranked No. 2 in the world, won the first set in her favour, 6-2, but German Tatiana won the second set 6-3.

Before the brilliant Anas Jaber settled the third set in her favour, 6-1.

Anas Jaber’s qualification to the Wimbledon final is her first Wimbledon final and her first final in the four Grand Slam tournaments, as she has never qualified for the final of any of the four Grand Slam tournaments before.

Anas Jaber will meet in the Wimbledon final with the winner of the second match in the semi-finals, which combines Kazakhstan’s Yelena Rybakina and Romania’s Simona Halep.
