Ex-“Unter Uns” star ran over son with lawn mower
Actor Tobias Licht reveals that he ran over his son with a lawn mower in an accident two years ago. The little one is fine today.

In the “Dietz und Dads” podcast, Tobias Licht (44) tells of a shocking event that happened two years ago at his horse farm in Brandenburg. When he was mowing the lawn with his then almost two-year-old son Carl on his lap, he fell off the vehicle and got under the wheels.
“I’ve finished mowing another corner, look and see him three meters away from me. Suddenly I turn around once more and then it bangs and then he lay underneath with one leg, »describes the actor. “Anything might have happened at that moment.”
Blessing in disguise
Carl broke his fibula and sustained multiple lacerations from the blades. It was a “difficult, traumatic experience” for the parents. “With the little one, you know that children of that age somehow process it. It was more traumatic for us than for him,” he says.
Everything is fine now. Carl, who is now four, survived the accident and is doing well. Papa Tobias Licht learned from his mistakes – and hasn’t let the little one out of his sight ever since. (fmu)
