During the inspection period, residents of the target area are required to present the inspection results received in the past two days when going out.
Shanghai reported eight new cases on the 4th, seven of whom were confirmed in quarantine areas.
On the other hand, in the northwestern part of Xian City, 18 new infections were reported while the derivative type “BA.5.2” of the Omicron mutant strain spread. The company announced that it will suspend operations of various entertainment facilities, eating and drinking at restaurants, and large-scale events from the 6th to the 7th.
